About
I have always enjoyed meeting people and learning new things from them. When I meet people I like to figure out their motivations and intentions. I’m pretty good at it, even with people with whom I've had very little interaction. I took this ability and became a successful trial lawyer and had my own law firm for over 36 years in Maryland. Having originally hailed from the Philadelphia area, I returned to Philadelphia in May 2018.
I have also been a serious musician since I was a teenager and performed as a soloist and in musical groups for over thirty-five years, as well as being on the music faculty at the University of Maryland and four other colleges in the DC/Baltimore area. I have enjoyed riding and racing motorcycles and cars since I was 16 years old plus tamer activities of swimming, dancing, playing competitive indoor games and walks with my miniature dachshund.
